A country where people don't know what tax is...

In most countries, people are taxed heavily and their lives are miserably taxing! I met up with my customer from Brunei, and I said to him, "It's so nice that you don't pay tax in Brunei!". He smiled and with great humour, he responded, "Many people in Brunei don't even know what tax is!"
