When the doctors give up... what next?

There has been at least one call every other day, seeking advice and products for relative/friend suffering from cancer (mostly end stage). Eventually, they seldom came back after talking to their doctor. Reportedly, there were cases where the doctor recommended no treatment but just asked the patient to rest at home and wait for the big day. However, those who are positive and receptive towards alternative remedies have witnessed surprised outcomes.
