How do you use your 24 hours?

We are all given 24 hours a day regardless of age, sex and location. It is fair, isn't it? At times, I say "No, it isn't fair!" Why?

When I see people who simply allow their time to drift and slip away doing nothing or doing something that is meaningless, I can't help but feel that they should not be given so much time because they are not making the best use of it. Why not give it to someone who needs it more?

Time flies and never comes back. It is important that we learn to make the best use of our time doing things that are meaningful and purposeful. To better manage our time, keep a time log for at least two weeks and see how and where we have spent most of our time, and by doing this, we can identify the time wasters. Then, cut down the time wasters and fill up those time slots with meaningful activities. I understand many successful business people manage their time by 15-minute slots. Try do it!
