Maximise strengths and minimise weaknesses...

Most of us, the computer users, would usually open and run a few Windows programmes at the same time, especially with relatively huge RAM size now. We maximise some Windows and minimise some others. We will focus and work on the Windows we maximise, and leave the rest minimised to the status bar. They remain there, and they are not closed. They can be maximised anytime we want.

Come to think about it and draw some associations to our lives, we all have strengths and weaknesses. We should maximise the strengths and minimise the weaknesses.

We should actively work on our strengths and help others by highlighting their strengths and encouraging them to do even better in those areas they are good at. At appropriate time, we can deal with our weaknesses and help others to know some of their weaknesses in an encouraging manner. The weaknesses are always there just like the Windows that are minimised. We only maximise them and open them at the right time.

So, to tell others their weaknesses, the mood and timing are critical factors that decide how well the message is being received and interpreted by the receiving party.
