A caller called the Technical Support complaining that her mouse was very difficult to use with the dust cover on. After some time, it was discovered that the cover was actually the plastic bag the mouse was originally packaged in.

Computer manufacturers are contemplating changing the command "Press Any Key" to "Press Return Key" because they were flooded with calls asking them where the "Any" key is.

A customer complained that her diskettes were defective. The technician asked her to send a copy of her defective diskettes to him. A couple of days later, an envelope arrived from the customer along with photocopies of her diskettes.
