Cake Ready in 30 minutes with Anodised Wok
Recently, my wife and I bought an Anodised Wok using a few shopping vouchers with some cash top-ups. This is not the so-called non-stick wok on which we are not supposed to use any hard and rough objects that might scratch the surface. Instead, we were told to scrub it as hard as possible and by all means, use metal spatula. Amazing! So, we got it.
I have since started trying out some of the creative usages of this wok. I have used it to bake cakes and after a few failed attempts, I have eventually baked some cakes that are eatable. My family members like them very much. I have given some to my good friends and they enjoy them, too. That gave me a simple sense of achievement. I have promised my family that given an order, the cake will be ready in 30 minutes. Satisfaction guaranteed! Not bad huh, considering the fact that I am an amateur.
