Does it make a natural place less natural?

Singapore is known for being systematic and organised in many things, even the management of the beach. The picture shows a row of BBQ pits that are constructed so systematically. The Park Management must have thought through and considered various design proposals before adopting this one.

But, I am just wondering if that makes a seaside, a natural place less natural. Perhaps, some natural touch, taste and colour could be incorporated into the design of the structures and make them blend with the natural surroundings so they don't stand out so concretely!
