The ability to think about what others are thinking about is called having a theory of mind. Humans constantly want to know what others are thinking. Examples: Did he see me glance at him? Does my boss know I was not at my desk?

In most countries, people are taxed heavily and their lives are miserably taxing! I met up with my customer from Brunei, and I said to him, "It's so nice that you don't pay tax in Brunei!". He smiled and with great humour, he responded, "Many people in Brunei don't even know what tax is!"
